# PasteHop

> PasteHop is a Mac app. You copy several things in a row, then paste them one ⌘V at a time, in the order you copied them. On a Mac, ⌘V only pastes the last thing you copied; PasteHop keeps every copy, in order. It replaces the back-and-forth between two windows when you fill a form or a sheet.

- Platform: macOS 14 or later. Version 0.3.0.
- Price: free, up to 500 copies (same as Pro), no time limit and no account to create. Pro is $15, one time, not a subscription, for life, on all your Macs, updates included; it is not on sale yet (an email form says when it opens). There is no trial of Pro.
- Free: copy several things then paste them in order; a view of the copies waiting, where you can reorder, set any copy as next, reverse the order, start over, split a copy, find a copy, drop items in, clear it and bring it back; four looks (Dark, Light, Dark Glass, Light Glass).
- Pro: Fill Forward… (fills fields in one go: Across everywhere; Down and Grid too in Numbers and Excel), Destination Mode… (draw a box around a form, see what goes in each field, then fill; text fields only, never a password field, never presses Save), Capture… (drag over text on screen; each piece becomes a copy), Paste What Fits (pastes the copy that matches the field you are in), Paste All and Paste All As… (lines, one row, commas, Name=Value), Then Tab (the setting Press Tab after each paste), Records.
- Privacy: what you copy never leaves the Mac. The app goes online for one thing only: to check a Pro license key with Polar.
- Install: the app is not notarized by Apple. The first time, macOS stops it: on macOS 15 and later, open System Settings, Privacy & Security, then Open Anyway; on macOS 14, Control-click the app in Applications and choose Open. The install page gives every step.
